Price
When you visit Kmart, you are greeted by the slogan, “Irresistibly low prices. Everything. Every day.” Whether the prices of items offered at Kmart are irresistibly low or not is a matter of personal opinion, and is subject to debate. It is true that some items are relatively cheaper on the online store, but a lot of items tend to have higher prices. On the online store, Kmart has a special section dedicated to ‘low priced products’. Here, you can purchase products at huge discounts, such as the black toothbrush holder, listed at $4, is offered for $3 – a more than 20% discount rate.

Delivery Policies
Kmart Australia will deliver to most parts in Australia, but they do not offer delivery services to any international locations. Delivery times can take anywhere from 4 to 14 days, depending on whether you are living in the state capital, or in some other remote area. Similarly, the cost of deliveries can vary, which is less for smaller items, and more for larger-sized items. As an example, DVDs can cost $5 for a single item, but bulkier items, such as a BBQ grill can take up to $130 for delivery. Deliveries need to be signed for, and anywhere at the destination address can sign for the delivery by Kmart.

Payment Methods
Kmart Shop from Home (Online shopping service) does not accept cash on delivery. Kmart Shop from Home will accept payment via credit card for items ordered. Valid cards are MasterCard, Visa, Diners and Amex. For orders placed via fax, phone, mail, Kmart accepts credit cards, cheques or money order.

Testimonials

“I had a great experience everyone was friendly and helpful. Staff is sufficient with guiding you to the right place. I was looking for a particular present for my mum for mother’s day. I asked the staff for help and they responded straight away with a smile. It helps when you go to a store and staff are friendly you don’t get it much anymore but they did well and i will always go back to that store.”

- Cindy85

“I feel Kmart has gone downhill. They have no range of anything and it all looks so cheap and generic. And why are the staff wearing plain clothes? And they are not the cheapest!!!”

- smr
